After Care Teacher
2:00 PM – 6:00 PM | $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
Enlightened Journey Montessori School is seeking a caring, responsible, and energetic After Care Teacher to join our community!
Our after-school program supports children in a calm, respectful Montessori environment where they can relax, complete homework, engage in meaningful activities, and enjoy social time after their academic day.
Responsibilities:

Supervise children ages Kindergarten through Middle School (as applicable)

Maintain a safe, nurturing, and structured environment

Support homework completion
-
Lead indoor/outdoor activities and enrichment projects

Communicate professionally with parents and staff

Uphold Montessori values of respect, independence, and responsibility
Qualifications:

Experience working with children (school or childcare setting preferred)

Warm, patient, and positive attitude
-
Reliable and punctual
-
Strong classroom management skills
-
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
